     At Millar it is our goal to improve anything we touch whether it
     is the function or the process.

     In 1978 Bob purchased Millar Company an appliance
     distributorship his Uncle had owned for 20 years and gradually
     repositioned it as a Manufacturer's Representative Company.

     During this time Bob gained an excellent understanding of
     inventory control and accounts receivable which make Millar
     well versed to assist manufacturers in non sales areas to
     minimize cost. This period also enabled Millar in optimizing
     the timely resolution of chargebacks.

    An engineer by training and a salesman at heart, Bob was very successful in
    international sales at Westinghouse and has transferred many of his marketing
    skills to the Millar Company. Bob has sourced and imported products from the
    Orient and brings a keen knowledge of duties, LCs, Customs regulations and
    other manufacturer fundamentals to the business. His big picture outlook and
    industry skills has allowed Millar to find the right win-win solution for both its
    manufacturers and retailers.
